  • NCGA magazine

Golf Etiquette Tidbit
From our Education Committee

Do you know the proper lineup on a golf scoring card?

It's the driver's name, cart partner, then the other driver's name and the other cart partner in your foursome.

For example:
1) Jane is the driver,
2) Susan is her cart partner,
3) Donna is the driver,
4) Carol is her cart partner.
So when keeping score, you call out the score based on the order of the players.

Also, to help speed up play and not have the group behind you wait (or hit into you), write down the scores of the hole just played at your next hole.
