EWGANEB Golf Event

The golf year is coming to a
close with only three 18-hole golf events left this year.
Our next event is at Lone Tree Golf Course
in Antioch. This par-72 golf course opened in 1934
and was designed by John F. Harbottle, III, ASCGA. It is 5,596
yards from the red tees with a rating of 71.9 and slope of
121. There are no water hazards! There is a driving
range, putting green and sand area.
The green fee for this event is $65 and includes a cart,
bottled water, trail mix bar, fun, games and prizes.
Deadline to register is Wednesday,
October 10th.

The Long's Challenge - LPGA at Blackhawk CC in
Danville

Single day tickets are $20
each. Children age 16 and under are free.

Parking is not available at Blackhawk but is available at
Bishop Ranch 3, 2641 Camino Ramon, San Ramon with shuttles running
between the lot and the course. A parking fee may be
charged.

Mary Ann Pate scores a Hole-In-One
!!!!
 On September 26th,
Mary Ann Pate hit her 9-wood 126 yards on the #2
hole at Dublin Ranch to get her first ever hole-in-one! Mary
Ann was playing with fellow EWGA golfer, Ilene
Marshall.

 We still have some
members with a September renewal date that have not renewed.
If you want to maintain your EWGA membership in this great
chapter for another year, then go to the EWGA website and renew
on-line or mail a check.
Information about renewing your membership can be found on
our website by clicking here.
Not sure when your renewal date is? Go to the EWGA website, login to
Members Only Login and click on your name under "Profile".
Your "Paid Thru" date will appear. While you are at it, review
your other information, especially email and home address
information to be sure it is current with the home website.
You can update your information on that website. EWGA-NEB
chapter cannot update your personal information on that website
even if you have given us a new email address to receive these
eblasts or other information. | |

NCGA
Membership
for calendar year
2008
 Are you
interested in becoming an NCGA member for 2008 or do you
need to renew your NCGA membership?
New NCGA member dues for 2008 are $45.00 and renewals or
multi-members (NCGA with more than one club) are $40.00.
The renewal period runs now through December 15th, but
don't wait! Late payments are an extra $5.00 and will reduce
the amount of time the player is an NCGA member as they work on a
calendar year. (This is separate from EWGA dues and not
required unless you want NCGA benefits.)
The Northern California Golf Association benefits
include:
- the ability to compete in NCGA tournaments
- NCGA magazine
